Plant care FAQ
Do you offer landscape maintenance or installation?
No. We’re a nursery. We grow the plants, help you pick the right ones, and teach you how to plant and care for them. You or your landscaper do the work, with our advice behind you.
When is the best time to plant?
Fall is best for most trees and shrubs in the Coachella Valley; palms prefer warm soil in late spring and summer. See our season-by-season planting guide.
How often should I water a new tree?
It depends on the plant, size, and season. Ask us when you buy and we’ll give you a schedule for that specific plant. In general, water deeply and less often so roots grow down.
My plant looks unhappy. Can you help?
Yes. Call (760) 992-6792 or bring a photo to the yard and we’ll help you figure out what’s going on.
